## **1. Before You Report**

- **Search first** - your bug may already be reported or fixed

- Check if the issue still occurs after:

## **2. Required Information**

When creating a bug report, please include:

1. **Title** - Short and descriptive  
Example: _“GPU instance fails to start on Ubuntu 22.04”_

2. **Description** - Explain what’s wrong

3. **Environment Details** -

4. **Screenshots or Logs** _(if possible)_ - These often help identify the problem faster
