Request for larger volume size

I am interested in setting up a 300TB NVMe mount that I can use for 2-3 weeks. I can RAID together smaller volumes but your max NVMe volume size is only 10TB = 30 raided disks. Is it possible to adjust to a larger volume size?

Also interested in this, is there also any extra cost if I need to increase my volume?

Hi @Sky_drifty, it’s possible to have a 300TB NVMe. We’ll be increasing your quota limits in this case. There’s also a manual step on our side before you can officially start using the storage.

  1. You first need to create the NVMe volume from our cloud dashboard with the correct size that you want (Up to 300 TB once we raise the limit)
  2. After that, please inform us and we’ll enable it
  3. Everything should be good and you can use it once the system lets you know that the limits are raised

There’s no extra cost if we increase the quota but we’d recommending checking the bin as removed volumes are only permanently deleted after 3 days.
