1. Before You Report

  • Search first - your bug may already be reported or fixed

  • Check if the issue still occurs after:

    • Refreshing the page

    • Clearing your browser cache

    • Logging out and back in

    • Updating to the latest version (if applicable)

2. Required Information

When creating a bug report, please include:

  1. Title - Short and descriptive
    Example: “GPU instance fails to start on Ubuntu 22.04”

  2. Description - Explain what’s wrong

    • What happened?

    • What did you expect to happen?

  3. Environment Details -

    • OS (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.)

    • Browser & version (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

    • Device (desktop, laptop, tablet)

    • Any special settings or configurations

  4. Screenshots or Logs (if possible) - These often help identify the problem faster
