When starting a topic:

  1. Use a descriptive title

  2. Provide relevant context

    • Which DataCrunch product or feature are you asking about?

    • What are you trying to achieve?

    • What have you already tried?

  3. Include technical details (if applicable)

    • Account type (Free, Pro, Enterprise)

    • Environment (OS, browser, hardware)

    • Any error messages or codes
