Hi, my computer just crashed out of nowhere and I lost the HDD completely which had my private keys for logging into the instances. Is it possible to get back on those instances? Is there a web SSH that I could do or could you add SSH keys after?

The recommended approach in this situation is to login to web dashboard and use the Hibernate option on the instance which actually deletes the instance but keeps the volumes. Afterwards you can deploy a new instance and select your previous volume as the OS volume or if it’s a non OS volume you can mount it.
Bare in mind, you will lose the running processes and the IP will change but you’ll get to keep the data.
